Terms & Booking Policies

1. Appointments & Booking

Appointment requests are submitted through our booking form. Submission does not automatically secure a session time. Requests are reviewed for fit, complexity, artist availability, and timeline.

Once reviewed, you may receive follow-up questions, a recommended artist match, and next-step instructions. Appointment times are confirmed only after deposit requirements are satisfied and verification is complete.

2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to hold a confirmed appointment slot. Deposit amounts vary by project scope, artist demand, and session duration.

• Deposits are credited toward the final session total unless otherwise stated.
• Deposits secure reserved studio time and artist preparation time.
• Without deposit completion by the stated deadline, requested slots may be released.

3. Awaiting Verification & Review Timing

After submission and deposit instruction, your request may remain in an Awaiting Verification status while payment confirmation and project details are reviewed.

Standard review timing is typically within 1–3 business days. High-volume periods, holidays, and complex design requests may extend response time. We appreciate your patience while we maintain quality and scheduling accuracy.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, contact the studio as early as possible so we can reallocate artist time responsibly.

• One courtesy reschedule may be permitted with sufficient notice.
• Late reschedules or missed appointments may require a new deposit.
• Client cancellations result in forfeiture of the existing deposit.
• The studio may reschedule sessions due to artist illness, safety, or operational necessity; in these cases, your deposit is transferred to the next agreed date.

5. Client Preparation Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving prepared and providing accurate health and contact information before their session.

• Arrive on time, hydrated, and having eaten beforehand.
• Follow pre-session instructions provided by your artist or coordinator.
• Disclose relevant medical or skin-related concerns honestly and promptly.
• Bring valid identification and any required reference confirmations.

6. Design Discretion & Placement Considerations

All custom artwork remains subject to artistic discretion. Final linework, detail density, and scale may be adjusted to preserve longevity, readability, and technical quality on skin.

Placement requests are always considered; however, anatomy, movement, previous tattooing, scar tissue, and skin condition may require adaptation. Our team will recommend the best placement strategy to protect long-term results.

7. Age & Eligibility

Services are provided only to legally eligible clients under applicable local regulations. Government-issued photo identification is required at appointment check-in.

We reserve the right to decline service where eligibility, safety, contraindications, or legal compliance cannot be verified.
