2. Booking submissions

3. Tattoo reference image uploads

Reference images you upload are used to understand direction, style, and composition preferences. These files support creative planning and are reviewed only in connection with your tattoo inquiry. Please avoid uploading sensitive personal documents or unrelated private images.

4. Deposit proof uploads

Where a deposit is required, payment proof is collected to validate your pending reservation status. Proof uploads are used for verification and internal reconciliation only; they are not published and are not used for marketing purposes.

We may retain message history related to booking updates, preparation instructions, rescheduling, and aftercare guidance. This helps us provide consistent support and maintain service continuity across email and approved contact channels.
